Access is free. However, to enter the street safely, you must sit in a café along the tracks and purchase at least one drink (e.g. water ~20,000 VND / 0.80 USD; egg coffee ~50,000 VND / 2 USD; other drinks ~40,000‑90,000 VND) . 📝 How It Works (Visitor Flow) At the rail crossing on Phùng Hưng or Trần Phú, you’ll see barriers and guards—cafés invite visitors in.You're escorted to a café, sit down, order a drink, and only then allowed onto the tracks area .
