The Endangered Primate Rescue Center is one of Vietnam’s most important wildlife conservation facilities, located inside Cúc Phương National Park, about 120 km south of Hanoi. Established in 1993 by Frankfurt Zoological Society, the center focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating, and protecting rare and endangered primate species such as langurs, gibbons, and lorises that have been victims of illegal wildlife trade. Surrounded by the lush tropical forests of Cúc Phương National Park, the rescue center provides visitors with a unique opportunity to learn about Vietnam’s biodiversity while observing conservation efforts in action. The Endangered Primate Rescue Center has become a popular eco-tourism attraction for nature lovers, researchers, and travelers exploring the natural beauty of northern Vietnam.
