The Daniel Pratt Historic District is a nationally recognized historic area located in Prattville, Autauga County, Alabama, USA. Named after industrialist and town founder Daniel Pratt, the district encompasses the historic downtown core and surrounding neighborhoods, featuring more than 200 historic properties dating from the 1840s through the early 20th century. The district is roughly bounded by Northington Street, 1st Street, 6th Street, Bridge Street, and Court Street, showcasing a rich collection of Greek Revival, Italianate, and Bungalow-style architecture. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, the district highlights Prattville’s industrial heritage, including historic cotton gin factories, millworker cottages, commercial buildings, and landmarks associated with the development of the city along Autauga Creek.
