Bagore Ki Haveli is a magnificent 18th-century heritage mansion located on the banks of Lake Pichola near Gangaur Ghat in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Built by Amar Chand Badwa, the then Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Mewar, the haveli is an excellent example of traditional Rajasthani architecture with over a hundred rooms, ornate balconies, courtyards, jharokhas, and beautifully carved doorways. Today, the haveli functions as a museum showcasing royal costumes, jewelry, paintings, household artifacts, and traditional crafts that reflect the lifestyle of the Mewar royals. One of its major highlights is the evening Dharohar folk dance and cultural show, which attracts visitors with vibrant Rajasthani music and performances. With its lakeside location, architectural elegance, and cultural richness, Bagore Ki Haveli is a must-visit heritage destination for travelers exploring Udaipur.
