Place to visit in Srikalahasti Temple

The Srikalahasti Temple, located in Srikalahasti town, about 36 kilometers from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, is one of the most prominent and ancient temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is renowned for its association with the Pancha Bhoota Sthalas (five elements), representing the element of air (Vayu). The temple is also famous for performing the Rahu-Ketu dosha nivarana puja, a ritual to mitigate the ill effects of Rahu and Ketu in one’s astrological chart.
